Kansas City Chief's Last Super Bowl Win
Super Bowl LIV in 2020 was a special game. It was a historical win for our Kansas City Chiefs, winning for the first time in 50 years. It also had some pretty cool significance with the roman numerals being LIV, as we sometimes call Olivia “Liv”. There was just something really special about that year. Super Bowl LVII is another chance for our Kansas City Chiefs to bring home Lombardi Trophy. For this year’s game we wanted to come up with a way to not only root on our team but raise vital funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Super Bowl Squares
Now if you are not familiar with this game here are some basic information.
Format
The board consists of 10 vertical columns and 10 horizontal rows, both numbered from zero to nine. The Chiefs are assigned to the numbered columns, and the Eagles are assigned to the rows.
Each of the 100 squares inside are purchased for $10 each, with no maximum on how many squares one can purchase. 50% of all of the square purchases will be put into the prize pot, and the other 50% of the money will be put into the donation pot.
How To Win
At the end of every quarter, the person whose square corresponds with the intersection of the last digit of each team’s score wins a prize (for example, a 14–7 score at the end of the first quarter pays out the owner of the square at row 4, column 7). If a square is unowned, half of the prize money will be put towards the next quarter’s prize pot and the other half will go towards the overall donation fund.
